Sharon is a duly noted trademark attorney. She has over a decade of experience handling intellectual property matters in China. Sharon’s practice focuses on various aspects of intellectual property law and includes counseling clients on all aspects of trademark prosecution and maintenance as well as handling trademark and copyright enforcement and litigation cases in China. Sharon has experience with re-trials before the Supreme Court, trademark infringement litigation, and unfair competition litigation. She also regularly advises clients on copyright registration and domain name registration in China.
Sharon’s practice also includes counseling foreign companies with respect to the protection and enforcement of their trademarks and copyrights in China. She has also successfully petitioned the Beijing IP Court and Beijing High Court to recognize several brands owned by foreign companies as “well-known marks” in China.
Sharon speaks English and Mandarin.
In her free time, Sharon enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, cooking, and traveling.
