She specializes in various aspects of intellectual property law, such as providing full trademark services and handling trademark enforcement and litigation cases in China. Moreover, she has experience in re-trial cases before the Supreme Court and trademark infringement and unfair competition litigation. She also advises on copyright and domain name registration and disputes in China.
She has represented a number of foreign companies in protecting their trademark rights and copyrights in China. She also helps foreign companies trademarks to be recognized as well-known marks by the Beijing IP Court and Beijing High Court.
