Kenneth’s practice is focused on counseling and representing clients in all areas of intellectual property.

His litigation experience includes serving as trial counsel in various US District Courts, Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), and the US International Trade Commission (ITC). As a Registered Patent Attorney, Kenneth’s practice also includes prosecuting utility and design patents. Kenneth is a graduate of SUNY Maritime College, Bronx, NY. He also holds a PADI® professional-level Divemaster certification and enjoys exploring the ocean both above and below the waterline.
