Kenneth W. Cohen

Counsel

Kenneth is a member of the firm’s Patent Group. He joined the firm in 2023. Kenneth’s practice is focused on counseling and representing clients in all areas of intellectual property. His litigation experience includes serving as trial counsel in various U.S. District Courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), and the US International Trade Commission (ITC).

As a Registered Patent Attorney, Kenneth’s practice also includes prosecuting utility and design patents.

In his free time, Ken enjoys scuba diving, fishing, hiking and skiing. Ken holds a PADI® professional-level Divemaster certification and enjoys exploring the ocean both above and below the waterline.
