Karena is a member of the anti-counterfeiting team and litigation group. Prior to joining Epstein Drangel LLP, Karena practiced civil litigation for two years and served as in-house counsel to an international corporation.

Karena holds a degree in Business Administration from the Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University, majoring in Marketing. She earned a Juris Doctor from New England School of Law where she focused her studies in intellectual property and served as the President of the Art and Fashion Law Society. During law school, Karena also completed an International Intellectual Property program at the London School of Law.

Karena is admitted to practice in New York, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District Court of New York.
