Annmary Ittan, partner, focuses her practice on various aspects of intellectual property law, including trademark, copyright, anti-counterfeiting, licensing, and trade dress.

Annmary has extensive experience with all phases of trademark prosecution. She regularly counsels clients regarding the clearance, procurement, and enforcement of their intellectual property rights, drafts coexistence and license agreements, helps clients manage their domestic and international IP portfolios, and represents clients before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings. Annmary counsels clients in a diverse range of industries, including consumer products, fashion, toys, and entertainment.

Annmary is an active member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the Westchester Women’s Bar Association.

Annmary is admitted to practice in New Jersey, as well as before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Annmary graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2014 with a concentration in Intellectual Property, Entertainment & Media Law. During law school, Annmary served as Business Editor of the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution and President of the South Asian Law Students Association. Annmary graduated magna cum laude from Drexel University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Minor in Communications and Advertising.
