Jason is one of the firm’s founding partners and currently serves as managing partner. He has over thirty years of experience in various aspects of intellectual property, concentrating on trademark and copyright litigation, trademark prosecution, anti-counterfeiting, intellectual property due diligence, and asset purchase/sale negotiations. Jason oversees an active IP litigation practice and has successfully argued several cases in Federal court, including, notably, a trademark and copyright dispute before the Second Circuit spanning six years that tested cross-border rights and international treaties. Jason is also actively engaged in anti-counterfeiting activities for some of the most well-known brands in the toy, fashion, consumer products, and technology industries, among others.

Jason often lectures on various intellectual property issues, including recent lectures at the Luxury Law Summit, Brand Protection Congress, CBD Expo, NY District Attorney’s Intellectual Property Conference on Intellectual Property Enforcement in the Digital Age, and the Annual New York Anti-Counterfeiting Summit. Jason is also the author of A Guide to Registering Trademarks. He has consistently been recognized by his peers as an Intellectual Property Super Lawyer.

In his free time, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, tailgating at Jets games, skiing, golfing. and going to concerts.
