Jesse is a member of the firm’s Trademark Group. He joined the firm in 2017 as an intern while in law school, continuing throughout his third year of law school prior to beginning full time. Jesse’s practice focuses on trademark prosecution, clearance, portfolio management and client counseling. Jesse advises clients on the selection, maintenance, licensing, and enforcement of their trademarks throughout the United States and abroad. He represents clients in a range of industries including cannabis, e-cigarettes, blockchain, apparel, food and beverage.

Prior to joining Epstein Drangel, Jesse interned in the Business and Legal Affairs department of Viacom, Inc.

While in Law school, Jesse was the Thomas Jefferson Coach for Fordham’s Sports Law Negotiation team and an Associate Editor on the Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal, and was an active member of the Fordham Dispute Resolution Society.

In his free time, Jesse enjoys training jiu-jitsu and spending time with his family.
