Spencer joined Epstein Drangel, LLP as an Associate in 2015.
Before beginning full time, Spencer was an intern with the Anti-Counterfeiting team
starting in the summer of 2014 and continuing throughout his third year of law school.
Prior to joining Epstein Drangel, Spencer interned in the legal department of SAG-AFTRA
and in the Business and Legal Affairs department of Sony Music Entertainment.
Spencer graduated from Boston University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political
Science. He received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2015, graduating with
a Certificate in Intellectual Property, Media and Information Law. While in law
school, Spencer was an Associate Managing Editor on the Journal of Law and Policy,
served as Vice-President and Treasurer of the Brooklyn Entertainment and Sports
Law Society, President of Brooklyn Law School Softball, and was an active member
of the Intellectual Property Law Association. In his spare time, Spencer enjoys
running and is an avid fan of the Los Angeles Dodgers and the New York Rangers.
