Kimberly Ann Klibert is a member of the New York Bar. Her intellectual property
practice focuses on trademark, trade dress, copyright, internet, unfair competition,
licensing, and advertising law.
Kimberly assists clients in managing their domestic and international trademark
portfolios through clearance, prosecution, licensing, opposition and cancellation
proceedings, and enforcement.
She earned her B.A. degree from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland, and her M.A.
from the University of the Arts, London. She received her J.D. degree from New England
School of Law, where she was an associate editor for the New England School of Law
Journal of International and Comparative Law.
She is admitted to practice in New York, and is an active member of International
Trademark Association (INTA), the New York Intellectual Property Law Association
(NYIPLA) and the Women’s Bar Association of New York (WBASNY).
